1. The Promoter

This raffle is conducted by The Kids Matters Community Foundation (TKMCF), Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

2. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Verve Portraits Photography Gift Package valued at $1,095 AUD. The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be exchanged for any other product or service.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to attendees of the Source Kids Disability Expo only.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Entries submitted on behalf of a minor will not be accepted.
One (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Employees, volunteers, and immediate family members of TKMCF, Kids Matters Occupational Therapy, and Verve Portraits are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

Scan the QR code displayed at the TKMCF expo stand.
Complete and submit the entry form in full, including your name and email address.
Entries are free. No purchase is necessary.
Entry is only valid upon successful submission of the form.

5. The Draw

The draw will take place on the last day (by 4pm Saturday 4th July) of Source Kids Disability Expo at the TKMCF stand.
The winner will be selected at random using “Randompicker” from all valid entries received.
The draw result is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by email following the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, TKMCF reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Redemption

Full details of how to redeem the Verve Portraits Photography Gift Package will be provided to the winner upon notification.
The prize must be redeemed in accordance with any conditions set by Verve Portraits. TKMCF accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with prize redemption.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected through this form is used solely for the purpose of administering this raffle.
Your details will not be shared with third parties, except as required to facilitate prize fulfilment with Verve Portraits.
By entering, you consent to TKMCF retaining your contact details in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.

9. General Conditions

TKMCF reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
Participation in this raffle constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This raffle is conducted in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
